Tom is CEO of Fortnum & Mason, the UK’s iconic, globally-renowned home of extraordinary food and drink, and has been in the role since joining the business in 2020. Prior to this role, Tom was COO at Matchesfashion.com, after 13 years at the John Lewis Partnership where he held several senior roles, including Buying Director at John Lewis, and CFO at Waitrose. Latterly he served on the main board as Group Development Director, founded the group’s innovation unit JLP Ventures, and was a trustee of the Partnership’s pension scheme.
